Belinda Ernst, the founder of Larilha, provides leadership and executive coaching to support leaders in unlocking their full potential.

As an accomplished leader, coach, and mentor, Belinda effectively partners with leaders to focus on personal development and growth to improve leadership, performance and wellbeing.

She supports people at every stage of leadership - whether they are just starting out or are seasoned senior executives - to take on new challenges and thrive in their careers.

Belinda has been certified as a coach through the Institute for Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and draws upon years of experience in leadership positions for her clients' benefit.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a partnership between the coach and their client to improve skills, professional and/or personal development.

The coach listens fully to their client partner in order to ask the right questions. The coach works to stretch the client’s thinking beyond their usual thought patterns so that new perceptions, ideas and actions can be developed. Through this partnership, solutions and actions that will best address an issue or meet a goal are identified and implemented.

 

 

COACHING FORMAT

Coaching sessions are 1 hour per session, with the number of required sessions varying based on individual requirements and goals. 

Sessions are generally held virtually but in-person sessions can be arranged within the Sydney metro region.

ASSESSMENT TOOLS

Assessment tools, such as 360 degree feedback, may be used to help establish a baseline, improve the client's understanding of themselves and how they are perceived by others. They can also be highly beneficial in supporting a client to uncover their strengths and determine how to best leverage them for success. 

WHAT HAPPENS IN BETWEEN SESSIONS?

In between sessions, you can expect Belinda to share further information and resources, such as recommended reading and/or listening. This is designed to help you develop further knowledge and expand your thinking. 

You may also be asked to complete one or more simple activities that are designed to stretch your thinking and capture thought and behavioural patterns. 

In between your coaching sessions, Belinda is available to provide email support to address any questions you may have.
