Meet BelindaHi, my name is Belinda and I’m the founder of Larilha. Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about leadership and now with my own company, I am able to support other leaders on their journey. Over the years, I've provided mentoring and coaching through work and professional networks - now its a pleasure for me to commit all my work towards leadership coaching and consulting. My formal training includes certification as a coach through the Institute for Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). I have more than ten years executive leadership experience and have led teams through many and varied situations including organisational change and the establishment of new teams and functions. I have extensive experience in developing high performing teams, improving operational service delivery, and program design and delivery. Before establishing Larilha, I worked in some of the largest State and Federal Government agencies, including the Department of Defence. All my roles have been client facing which has given me fantastic insights into a range of industries, businesses, workplace cultures, and of course leadership. I enjoy partnering with leaders from all walks of life, and at all stages of their leadership journey. With one condition - that they genuinely want to grow as a leader. As a parent of two young children, I understand the complexities of juggling senior leadership roles with family life. I’ve learnt how to harness the skills and experience that parenthood brings in my personal life, and apply them to my professional life, too. For those returning from parental leave, I can provide coaching support to help you build confidence, lean on your strengths, and overcome self-limiting beliefs.
